ll our rooms our different. They are furnished with a double size bed and all have their own bathroom. Some have just showers; some just baths and most of our suites have whirlpools.

Shower only: Price range from - $79.95 - $134.95. Rooms facing the north side will have a partial view of the Mississippi River.

Bath only: Price range from - $84.95 - $134.95.
The Mayo Suite has an antique tub. This room has recently been renovated. The separate sitting area has a hard wood floor. This room overlooks the Mississippi and downtown Wabasha. - $154.95

Whirlpool Rooms:
Suite #2 overlooks the Mississippi River - $134.95
Chippewa Room: Queen size bed, overlooks the gardens. - $174.95

Suite #28 has a sitting area and overlooks the gardens. - $174.95
Governor's Suite: By far the most popular room. Has whirlpool and shower, separate sitting room. The view overlooks the river and downtown Wabasha. - $194.95

We have two rooms that are perfect for families:
Room #31 & 32: These are two separate rooms but have a shower & tub that is shared in between the two. $79.95 each or both for $149.95.

Room #36: We call this our 'Three Bears Room'. It has three double size beds and a shower only. It is a corner room and overlooks the Mississippi River.  $134.95

**Our room prices include a full breakfast in our dining room. **
